About Us
Hollywood Wax Museum (Gatlinburg)
The Gateway to the Smokies struck California gold in 2007 when the Hollywood Wax Museum added its newest location on the Parkway in the Center of Gatlinburg. Rachel Smith, Miss USA 2007, officiated the Grand Opening Celebration, and she loved taking pictures with the stars and running her fingers through Donald Trump's hair.
Gatlinburg was the first of the Hollywood Wax Museums to allow guests to step into the hand of a gargantuan ape and then go straight onto the red carpet with the largest group of A-List stars seen outside the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
Considered the world's largest tribute to the stars and entertainers, the Hollywood Wax Museum in Gatlinburg brings you into the limelight with your favorite celebrities. The vibrant sets are designed to enhance the lifelike qualities of the figures and their famous milieu, giving you the chance to ham it up and be your own paparazzi too. Some of the fun photo opportunities include getting inside Jeannie's bottle, riding aboard the Titanic, stepping into the winner's circle with NASCAR champions, beaming onto the Starship Enterprise, singing karaoke with divas, trying your karate moves with Charlie's Angels, and marrying Colin Farrell.
The Travel Channel show “You Want Answers” taped a segment at the Hollywood Wax Museum Gatlinburg and marveled at the quality, fun and value of the experience. After exploring wax museums across the country, the producers named Hollywood Wax Museum the Best American Wax Museum.
