Total Recall Cast and Leading Lady Kate Beckinsale at Comic-Con

Hollywood Joseph takes a trip to Comic-Con San Diego and meets Total Recall’s leading lady, Kate Beckinsale!

If you aren’t already aware, I’m a comic book enthusiast and a bit of a sci-fi geek. So, I took a weekend off working at the Hollywood Wax Museum and went to the Comic-Con convention in San Diego. It was a dream come true!

Len Wiseman’s remake of the 90’s film, Total Recall, made a huge splash there. The new movie premiers TOMORROW(!) and stars Colin Farrell as Douglas Quaid (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the original), a man whose visit to Rekall – a company that provides its clients with implanted fake memories of a life they would like to have led – goes wrong and he finds himself on the run. Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel (leading ladies who are no strangers to action roles) and Bryan Cranston add to the all-star cast. Hollywood Joseph Photo of Kate Beckinsdale

I was lucky enough to catch the cast promoting the film at Comic-Con. They were all having a great time, joking, answering questions and posing for lots of pictures. Later that night, I even had a chance encounter with Kate Beckinsale, who’s married to the director Len Wiseman and is playing Colin Farrell’s wife in Total Recall.

She was stunning as ever and attracted quite a crowd. Kate Beckinsale, who was born in London, has appeared in movies such as Serendipity, the Underworld trilogy and The Aviator. Great to see such a fantastic actress at an event like Comic-con!

Thanks Joseph! Hollywood celebrity sightings are your specialty, even in San Diego!
